DON'T STAY HERE! YOU MIGHT TAKE HOME ROACHES IN YOUR BAGGAGE! Roaches in the bathroom floor in the evening. Told front desk clerk and showed her pics. She said well this is Louisiana but seemed concerned and said email her pics and note and she would tell the manager and he would contact me. That was a week ago and apparently the management could not care less I spent $120 for a room crawling with roaches!!! Another reviewer here actually had a roach on the ceiling! Guess they didn't care about that either. VERY NON-HILTON-LIKE!! I had to take more time out of my busy schedule to call Hilton and get it taken care of. They were of course VERY concerned as is customary. In addition, the lobby bathrooms were out of order.

Ladies working in the front were pretty stingy with towels and kind of rude. It's near the highway so it was very loud at night. The only decent thing about our stay was breakfast in the morning. The ladies stocked up for our family and were very friendly.

We were placed in 3 different rooms, the first two next to barking dogs. I have never seen that many dogs in a hotel.

Great spot to stop on our road trip from Alabama to Central Texas. Room was clean and met our needs for a one night layover. Thankful for the free breakfast. My son enjoyed the variety of waffle toppings. Staff was friendly and gave several recommendations for places to eat in town.

I'll start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Because of them being so sincere, I had to give this place at least 3 stars. My issues came with the quality of my room. AC didn't work effectively and felt as if it was running at about 76-78 degrees even if I tried to turn the thermostat as low as I desperately could. Ice machine was broken and no public water fountain of use except for what I would have to purchase for drinkable water. Room was clean in a sense, but had a different opinion when my wife and I caught a German roach walking the ceiling of our room. I will also note that I'm very picky when it comes to eggs and typically avoid them when eating breakfast at buffet style. But they were actually decent! Breakfast was better than most other hotels and kept serving kind of late. On top of the 12pm checkout which makes it pretty much a sweet deal to comfortably leave without feeling rushed. Not the best, but the staff being as friendly as they were, definitely increased the value of my stay.

It’s not often that I can say I had a phenomenal experience at a hotel, but I am proud to say it about my stay last Saturday night. From the moment I called about a reservation, until we checked out, everything was handled with professionalism and excellence! Kathleen is great representative for your hotel and has a true servants heart! She’s made sure that we were taken care of at all times. And I witnessed her giving the same service to other guests as well. On Sunday morning at breakfast, I was impressed with how clean and tidy the serving area stayed. The employee that works in that area was as busy as a bee making certain that each guest had that same experience! The Housekeeping staff were nice and friendly and did a great job with our room! The next time I find myself in Sulphur, I will not hesitate to stay at Hampton Inn again!!

Best Hampton hands down!! We were lucky to get a room here when the hotel we booked in the town over, unfortunately, was experiencing a citywide black out. We were greeted with a smile, and when we told Jenni of our experience, she was empathetic and really went above and beyond to help us settle in after driving for many hours that day. She was helpful in finding us food at the late hour and making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, and she made sure to put us on the quieter side of the hotel so we could get a good night's rest.
